LIVING THE AFFILIATE DREAM

Affiliate marketing sparks an interest with an expansive entrepreneurial group of individuals, who have chosen to live the dream-opposed to living the daily grind.

With affiliate marketing lies the unprecedented opportunity of unlimited income streams, while in turn lending the personal satisfaction of securing a lifestyle that shifts the focus from a have to-to want-to career. 

One of the main advantages of affiliate marketing is the fact that you don’t have to quit your day job, while your building up an affiliate business.  Once your business gets to the level that it needs to be where you can quit your day job, therein lies the uncompromised joy of firing your boss.  That in itself is a day to celebrate! 

Dedicated affiliate success and living the dream go hand in hand with effort = sacrifice.  If you are willing to give up-to get, than you are on the right affiliate highway.  I personally have spent many holidays, evening, weekends and countless days off just to build up what I am strongly dedicated to.  As a matter of fact I started my affiliate business on New Years Eve 2009.  While all of my friends were ringing in the new year, I was priming the pump.  Yes affiliate marketing is a drive with no detours, it is a highway of driven focus that you never want to get off of.  If you are dedicated than you will make it happen and you will not let anything stand in your way of success, I firmly believe this!  Never give up what you believe in, because “your belief system is what gets you out of bed in the morning and allows you to sleep well at night.”

Most new affiliate businesses take a couple of years to reach a steady growth level.  However once you find the right mix of income streams and marketing techniques that hit the bulls eye target regularly, then you can relax and focus on the duplication process.  Primarily this is based on site analytics and daily tracking of proven (accounting statistics) that your affiliate business has been generating-recurrently. 

If you are a dedicated affiliate marketer then you will feel the tug of affiliate focus, to get you to the door of freedom-sooner, rather than-later. 

When it becomes a joy to go home and be able to do what you love and a drudgery to walk out the door and do what you have to do-to pay the bills, then you will know that there no stopping your drive and desire to achieve what counts the most towards your happiness.  All good things worth having are worth working for and the sacrifices are always well worth the effort in the end.  “If your hearts in it-your in it…if it’s not-your not.”  Drive success to your own door and not someone else’s and remember to focus on what really counts and that is your own affiliate pleasure of living the dream.

Another proven form of guaranteed results is generated on the backside of your website. It’s called traffic. Traffic is key to a successful website or any business as far as that goes. Implement and track your visitors by using analytics as a resource. Email lists, linking, back-linking, blogging, and social networking will only enhance your profits in the long run and propel your company to newer heights. Especially if you are marketing a service and not a product. You will not be able to rely on the product ads as a much as a product based business would.

Try testing your products on other websites. For instance try partnering with other websites to expand your business’s exposure to a broader market. If another website sells paint and you sell carpet you may find that through co-marketing you will increase your revenue as well as pick up new followers who can in turn, drive your traffic through the roof. As I always say, if you don’t have traffic you don’t have business. So market, co-market, test new forms of advertisement and always stay ahead of the game in social networking. A new follow may very well be a new, and better yet-reoccurring customer.
